Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade to Premium or switch back to the Free plan at any time. If you switch back to the Free plan, your existing tastings remain accessible but you won't be able to add more than 15 (or 30 if your account was created before 28/04/2026).
Do I need to enter my credit card for the Free plan?
No, the Free plan does not require any payment method. You can start using Trinqo immediately.
How does the referral program work?
For each friend who signs up via your link: Free plan = +5 tastings and +1 bonus Sommelier trial; Premium plan = 1 free month on your subscription. There is no limit to the number of invitations.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
From Settings > Subscription, click "Manage my subscription". You will be redirected to the Stripe portal where you can cancel. Your Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
