Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment

Trinqo is committed to making its application accessible to everyone, in accordance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements and the European Accessibility Act (EAA, EU Directive 2019/882, applicable since June 28, 2025).

2. Compliance status

Partially compliant. Trinqo is in the process of achieving compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Certain non-conformities identified below are being addressed.

3. Known non-conformities

The following issues have been identified and are being addressed:

  • Dark mode contrasts: some secondary text elements may have a contrast ratio below 4.5:1 in dark mode
  • Sommelier modal focus trap: the focus trap in the sommelier modal window is not fully compliant, keyboard navigation is being improved
  • Some untranslated text: isolated interface elements may not be translated in all supported languages (FR, EN, NL)

4. Technologies used

The Trinqo application is built on the following technologies:

  • Semantic HTML5
  • CSS3
  • JavaScript (TypeScript)
  • WAI-ARIA (role, state, and property attributes)

5. Testing environment

Accessibility checks were performed in the following environments:

  • Browsers: Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version), Safari (macOS and iOS)
  • Screen readers: VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows)
  • Audit tools: axe-core (integrated in automated tests), DevTools accessibility inspector

6. Right of recourse

If you encounter an accessibility issue on Trinqo that we have not resolved after responding to you, you have the following recourse options:
